Suite O’Live consists of a total of 9 apartments: seven 1+1, one 2+1, and one 3+1 (Triplex), offering services in the homestay accommodation category.

Our 1+1 apartments have two sections: a bedroom and a living room. Located just 250 meters from Altınkum Beach, part of the living room is designed as a kitchen. Furniture includes one double bed, a wardrobe, a terrace dining set, a dining table set, one 3-person and one single berjer sofa. The 3-person sofa can be used as a bed when needed, providing accommodation for up to four guests. Each 1+1 apartment features a washing machine, Wi-Fi, bathroom, sink, toilet, 43” TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils (forks, knives, pots, pans, bottle opener, etc.) and a stove. Our garden-level apartments offer access to a spacious lawn area. Our terrace-level apartments provide a 15m² terrace balcony. Our mid-level apartments include a balcony.

Our 2+1 apartment has three sections: two bedrooms and a living room. Located on the 4th floor of a four-story building, this apartment offers a delightful sea view. It is just 50 meters from Akçay Kordon and the beach. It has a separate kitchen area. Furniture includes one double bed, two single beds, a wardrobe, a dining table set, and two 3-person pull-out sofas (chekyats). When needed, the pull-out sofas can be used as beds, offering accommodation for up to six guests. This apartment includes a washing machine, bathroom, sink, toilet, 43” TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils (forks, knives, pots, pans, bottle opener, etc.) and a stove. It features a spacious L-shaped balcony with sea views.

Our 3+1 apartment is a standalone triplex with four sections: three bedrooms and a living room. It has a separate entrance, kitchen, balconies on the ground and middle floors, and a terrace. It is just 250 meters from Altınkum Beach. It includes a separate kitchen area and has separate toilets on the ground and middle floors. Furniture includes two double beds, two single beds, wardrobes, a balcony dining set, a dining table set, one 5-person L-shaped sofa, and one single berjer sofa, offering accommodation for up to six guests. This villa includes a washing machine, Wi-Fi, bathroom, sink, toilet, 43” TV, refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils (forks, knives, pots, pans, bottle opener, etc.) and a stove.
